You no longer need to fill out a form for Athletic PE.

If you complete your season and your coach signs off on your participation, you will automatically be granted Athletic PE Credit.

If you have already fulfilled your Athletic PE Credit, you will not get additional credit.

If you have to sit out due to injury or are not able to complete your season for any reason, you will not be given PE Credit.
